Section 23-87-104 - Scope

All life insurance and all disability insurance sold in connection with loans or other credit transactions shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter, except insurance sold in connection with a loan or other credit transaction of more than ten (10) years' duration.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 429; 1973, No. 66, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-3803.
