No motor vehicle liability insurance policy issued or delivered in this state shall contain a provision that converts the limits for bodily injury or property damage to lower limits in the event that the insured motor vehicle is involved in an accident while it is being driven by a driver other than the insured.Acts 2001, No. 1438, § 2.
