Section 23-92-202 - Written agreement required

A third-party administrator may act in that capacity only if he or she has a written agreement with a self-insured plan or trust. The agreement shall be maintained by the third-party administrator and subject to review by the Insurance Commissioner.Acts 1985, No. 796, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-6004.
