Section 23-93-109 - Right to rescind contracts

For a seven-day period beginning on the date a provider receives any payment from a prospective resident, a prospective resident shall have the right to rescind any contractual obligation into which he or she has entered and receive a full refund of any moneys transferred to the provider.Acts 1987, No. 329, § 6.
