Section 23-99-1703 - Contracts

(a) An ambulance provider may contract directly or indirectly with a contracting entity as a network provider of ambulance services.(b) An ambulance provider shall not be required to participate as an in-network provider of a transportation benefit manager.Added by Act 2023, No. 578,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.
