Section 23-99-304 - Subchapter not to prevent treatment

Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent any person covered by a health benefit plan from receiving emergency eye care nor shall it prevent any person from exercising his or her right to receive treatment from his or her personal doctor and being reimbursed in accordance with the terms and fee schedule of the health benefit plan.Acts 1995, No. 515, § 4; 1995, No. 1092, § 4.
