Section 23-111-308 - Employees and patrons

(a) No franchise holder shall permit any person under eighteen (18) years of age to be a patron of the pari-mutuel or certificate system of wagering conducted or supervised by it.(b) The Arkansas Racing Commission shall have the right to require that every franchise holder shall employ residents of the State of Arkansas to the extent of eighty percent (80%) of the employees engaged in any greyhound race meet.Acts 1957, No. 191, § 24; A.S.A. 1947, § 84-2839; Acts 1997, No. 584, § 1.
