Section 23-111-404 - Application for franchise

In addition to the information required by §§ 23-111-101 - 23-111-104, 23-111-201 - 23-111-205, 23-111-301 - 23-111-308, 23-111-501, and 23-111-506, and 23-111-508 - 23-111-514, every application filed with the Arkansas Racing Commission for a franchise to conduct dog racing in any county of this state shall set forth the total number of outstanding shares of stock of the applicant corporation and the number of the shares of stock owned or under the control of each of the stockholders of the applicant corporation.Acts 1968 (2nd Ex.
