Arkansas Legal Code
(a) A majority of all officers and directors of any greyhound dog track in this state shall be qualified electors of this state who have resided in the county in which the track is located for a period of not less than two (2) years and shall maintain a residence in the county during their tenure as officers or directors thereof.(b) Any person who may be elected or selected as an officer or director of any greyhound dog track, prior to his or her election or selection, shall submit to the Arkansas Racing Commission a duly verified affidavit setting forth information indicating whether he or she is a qualified elector of this state, his or her place of residence, and the period of time during which he or she has resided at his or her place of residence, in order that the commission may determine that the provisions of this section are being complied with.(c) If there is any change in any of the material facts noted on the verified affidavit filed with the commission by the officer or director of a greyhound dog track, the officer or director, within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the change, shall submit a new verified affidavit to the commission as required in this
