In a renewal of a dealer agreement, the manufacturer shall not impose on the dealer stocking requirements or retail sales targets that are inconsistent with market growth or contraction in the area of sales responsibility of the dealer.Added by Act 2013, No. 1043,§ 10, eff. 1/1/2014.
