(a) The Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission shall prescribe its rules of order or procedure in hearings, or other proceedings before it, under this chapter.(b) However, rules of order or procedure shall not be in conflict or contrary to the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1975, No. 388, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-2307.
