Subject to the limitations and conditions in this chapter or other applicable law, the Arkansas Racing Commission shall have full administrative regulatory jurisdiction over the business of electronic games of skill and wagering thereon conducted by franchise holders under this chapter.Acts 2005, No. 1151, § 1.
