Section 23-113-601 - Duty to maintain records

A franchise holder operating electronic games of skill and conducting wagering thereon under this chapter shall keep a complete set of books and records as necessary to show fully the activities and transactions of the franchise holder with respect to the operations and wagering conducted in accordance with this chapter, and the Arkansas Racing Commission shall have reasonable access to the books and records in order to verify compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the commission.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2840, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 2005, No. 1151, § 1.
