Section 23-114-104 - Penalty

(a)(1) A violation of this chapter by a licensed authorized organization is a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).(2) A second or subsequent offense is a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).(b) A person who conducts a game of bingo or a raffle without a license under this chapter shall be subject to the same penalties as provided under § 5-66-118, concerning lotteries.Acts 2007, No. 388, § 1; 2009, No. 164, § 16.
