This chapter does not permit the use of a video lottery for any purposes by any institution or facility governed by the:(1) Arkansas Horse Racing Law, § 23-110-101 et seq.;(2) Arkansas Greyhound Racing Law, § 23-111-101 et seq.; or(3) Local Option Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing Electronic Games of Skill Act, § 23-113-101 et seq.Amended by Act 2015, No. 218,§ 25, eff. 2/26/2015.Acts 2009, No. 605, § 1; 2009, No. 606, § 1.
