Section 24-12-113 - Report on condition of fund

The board of trustees of the pension and relief fund for paid nonuniformed employees shall report to the council, city commissioner, or city clerk of the city on the condition of the pension and relief fund for paid nonuniformed employees on the first regular meeting in January of each year.Acts 1949, No. 147, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-936.
