There is created and established a retirement system for employees of the Arkansas Department of Transportation to be known as the 'Arkansas State Highway Employees' Retirement System', all the business of which shall be transacted through a board of trustees as provided for in this chapter.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 274, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1949, No. 454, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-1902.
