Section 24-7-903 - Provisions of subchapter controlling

Insofar as the provisions of this subchapter are, or may be, inconsistent with the provisions of any other general or special act, the provisions of this subchapter shall be controlling.Acts 1983, No. 480, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1474.
