Section 25-1-116 - State agency personal computer policy

(a) As used in this section, 'state agency' means any department, agency, board, commission, office, or other authority of the state.(b) The chief administrative officer of each state agency shall promulgate a policy that prohibits the integration of hardware, software, or peripherals owned by an authorized user with a state agency's network or workstation without the approval of the state agency's chief administrative officer or his or her designee.Acts 2007, No. 339, § 1.
