Section 25-1-122 - Alternative or secondary address for state communications through the mail - Law enforcement officers

(a) A person who is employed primarily as a law enforcement officer may elect to use an alternative or secondary address, such as a post office box, to receive all of his or her communications sent by a state agency through the mail.(b) The secondary or alternative address must be in the same county and, where practicable, same voting precinct as the law enforcement officer's primary place of residence.Added by Act 2013, No. 1514,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.
