As used in this subchapter, 'state agency' means an agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, council, department, office, or officer of the state receiving an appropriation by the General Assembly, including without limitation a state-supported institution of higher education.Amended by Act 2013, No. 501,§ 9, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1999, No. 1276, § 6; 2009, No. 1405, § 50.
