The Office of Minority Mental Health shall develop programs and policies concerning the following:(1) Providing culturally relevant mental health services to minority individuals with mental illness;(2) Improving the availability and accessibility of mental health services to minority individuals with long-term mental illnesses;(3) Educating minority individuals with mental illness about their illness;(4) Providing minority families with education on mental illness; and(5) Providing accessible educational training within the mental health setting and the minority community.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 126, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2013, No. 980,§ 22, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1991, No. 1210, § 2.
