Section 25-10-130 - Employee assistance programs - Prohibition of agreement for services

The Department of Human Services shall not enter into any contract, memorandum of understanding, or interagency agreement for an employee assistance program that provides health-related services such as, but not limited to, drug or alcohol treatment services for the employees of the department.Acts 1995, No. 1198, § 59.
