The Secretary of the Department of Human Services, with the approval of the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, is authorized to effect interagency fund transfers for the purpose of providing the state's matching share for payments made to that division or office, or its service providers, for services eligible for federal reimbursement under programs administered by other divisions or offices of the Department of Human Services.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5252, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1995, No. 1198, § 62.
