No provision of this subchapter shall apply to any program or service currently operated or administered by the Arkansas School for the Blind or the State Library Board, and this subchapter shall not amend or repeal any statutory provision governing the operation of the School for the Blind or the Arkansas State Library.Acts 1983, No. 481, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 5-945.
