The Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services may utilize job share for positions within the nursing classification for up to twenty-four (24) hours per week per individual to allow the division to offer weekend option shifts to nursing personnel without increasing the number of positions.Added by Act 2023, No. 866,§ 14, eff. 7/1/2023.
