Each agency shall provide by rule for the filing and prompt disposition of petitions for declaratory orders as to the applicability of any rule, statute, or order enforced by it. These declaratory orders shall have the same status as agency orders in cases of adjudication.Acts 1967, No. 434, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 5-706.
