(a) This subchapter shall apply to a public servant that, on or after July 31, 2009, pleads guilty or nolo contendere to or is found guilty of a felony offense relating to his or her office, position, or employment in any governmental body.(b) This subchapter shall not supersede any provision of Arkansas law which provides forfeiture of or disqualification from service as a public servant for an offense other than a felony.Acts 2009, No. 679, § 1.
