The Auditor of State and Treasurer of State shall make their respective reports for each regular session to the Governor on or before October 10 next preceding the regular session of the General Assembly. The Governor shall cause the reports to be printed with his or her biennial message and have them ready for the General Assembly on or before the Wednesday of the first week of the regular session of the General Assembly.Acts 1853, § 1, p. 127; C. & M.
