All agencies of the state or any department thereof shall include in all contracts negotiated or renegotiated by them for and on the behalf of the state a provision obligating the contractor not to discriminate against any qualified employee or qualified applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, national origin, or ancestry and shall require the contractor to include a similar provision in all subcontracts.Acts 1977, No. 954, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 6-1506; Acts 1991, No. 343, § 9.
