Section 25-17-103 - Repair of damage to charitable institution

In case of destruction of any of the charitable institutions by fire or tornado, the board of trustees is authorized and empowered upon the approval of the Governor to borrow money at a reasonable rate of interest and immediately repair the damage done to the building.Acts 1911, No. 434, § 6.
