Whenever any journal of the proceedings of the House of Representatives and Senate for any regular or extraordinary session of those bodies, or either of them, is authorized to be published by any enactment of the General Assembly, publication shall be made and the published journal shall be released for distribution within six (6) months of the date of adjournment of those bodies at any session of the General Assembly.Acts 1949, No. 141, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-439.
