Each department or division of the state, a city, or a county under whose jurisdiction any printed or processed book, pamphlet, report, or other publication is issued at the expense of a municipal corporation or of a county, or of a county and a city, or of the state is directed to furnish without charge to the Arkansas State Library the number of copies of such publications as the library may order.Acts 1971, No. 163, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-442.
