Section 25-21-103 - Investigation of federal legislation on request of Senators or Representatives

The Attorney General shall also make any reasonable or appropriate investigation or study of any existing or proposed federal legislation to determine its effect upon the state and its citizens whenever he is requested so to do by any of this state's Senators or Representatives in Congress and report the result of such investigation or study.Acts 1943, No. 166, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 5-403.
