Section 25-21-104 - Appointment of Deputy or Assistant Attorney General

The Attorney General shall appoint a Deputy or Assistant Attorney General whose principal duty shall be to assist in the performance of the duties imposed by this chapter. The compensation of the Deputy or Assistant shall be paid out of the appropriation for the Attorney General's Office contained in the general appropriation act.Acts 1943, No. 166, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 5-404.
