The purchase of telecommunications services by the Arkansas Deaf and Hard of Hearing Telecommunications Services Corporation shall be by competitive bid using procedures substantially similar to the Arkansas Procurement Law, § 19-11-201 et seq.Amended by Act 2021, No. 84,§ 21, eff. 7/28/2021.Acts 1997, No. 1080, § 9.
