(a) There is created a Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing Boards and Commissions within the Department of Labor and Licensing.(b) The Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing may delegate any duties and responsibilities to the division.(c) The secretary may employ a Director of the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing Boards and Commissions.Added by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5265, eff. 7/1/2019.
