Section 25-43-1305 - Tourism Division

(a) There is created a Tourism Division within the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.(b) The Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism may delegate any duties and responsibilities to the division.(c) The secretary may employ a Director of the Tourism Division.Added by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5549, eff. 7/1/2019.
