Section 26-5-108 - Authorized forms

The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to adopt and use forms promulgated by the Multistate Tax Commission pursuant to Article VII of the Multistate Tax Compact, § 26-5-101.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3591, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1967, No. 410, § 6; 1979, No. 401, § 46; A.S.A. 1947, § 84-4106.
