Section 26-37-104 - Costs of notices

(a) All costs of notice shall be added to the costs to be collected from the purchaser or redeemer.(b) Costs of notice shall include, but not be limited to, certified mail costs, newspaper and catalog costs, and title work.Acts 1983, No. 626, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 84-1126; Acts 1987, No. 814, § 5; 2005, No. 1231, § 1.
