Land owned by a person under a mental incapacity, a minor, or a member of the United States Armed Forces during time of war that is sold for taxes may be redeemed within two (2) years after the mental incapacity is removed, the minor reaches majority, or the person is released from active duty with the United States Armed Forces during time of war.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1226,§ 2, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1883, No. 114, § 136, p. 199; C. & M.
