(a) Whenever in this subchapter reference is made to a section of this subchapter, the reference shall extend to and include any amendment of or supplement to the section so referred to or any section hereafter enacted in lieu thereof.(b) Unless otherwise provided, whenever a reference to this subchapter or to any section is made in any amendment or supplement to this subchapter or to any section hereafter enacted, such reference shall be deemed to refer to this subchapter or such section as the same shall then stand or as thereafter amended.Acts 1941, No. 383, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1101.
