Section 26-55-239 - Forms for reports or records

The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall have the authority to prescribe all forms upon which reports shall be made to the secretary or forms of records to be used by distributors.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3968, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1941, No. 383, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1119.
