Any person, firm, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation failing to comply with a provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).Acts 1939, No. 151, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 84-2219; Acts 1995, No. 1160, § 34; 2005, No. 1994, § 177.
