Section 26-62-103 - Penalties

Any person who violates or fails or refuses to comply with any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not otherwise prescribed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not less than ten (10) days nor more than sixty (60) days, or both so fined and imprisoned.Acts 1993, No. 1119, § 3.
