(a) Violation of any provisions of § 27-2-103 is a Class A misdemeanor.(b) Each violation of this chapter and each noncomplying immediate container transported in violation of it shall constitute a separate offense.Acts 1977, No. 421, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-2908.
