Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as imposing any requirement or obligation on railroad carriers beyond the requirements and obligations imposed upon railroad carriers by applicable laws and regulations of the United States, including, without limitation, those pertaining to immediate containers, adequate immediate containers, adequate emergency equipment, if any, and labeling, all to the end that any railroad carrier which is in compliance with the laws and regulations of the United States shall be deemed to be in compliance with this chapter.Acts 1977, No. 421, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-2907.
