(a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall issue to each owner of a motor vehicle subject to this subchapter a registration certificate which must be kept in the motor vehicle in the place prescribed by the secretary.(b) The willful failure or neglect to comply with the provisions of this section shall be a misdemeanor.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4550, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1967, No. 465, § 21; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-133.31.
