Section 27-14-1102 - Applications - Priority

(a) Any automobile owner or motorcycle owner desiring to obtain a special personalized prestige license plate for his or her automobile or motorcycle must make a new application each year and pay the additional fee prescribed in § 27-14-1101.(b) Once an automobile owner or motorcycle owner makes application for and obtains a special personalized prestige license plate for his or her automobile or motorcycle as provided in § 27-14-1101, the person shall have first priority on the combination of numbers or letters contained on the special personalized prestige license plate for each following year for which he or she makes proper and timely application therefor.Acts 1967, No. 194, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-201.4; Acts 1989, No. 31, § 2.
