(a) Every owner of a trailer subject to this subchapter shall report to the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration any change of address from that listed when the trailer was registered.(b) The willful failure or neglect of an owner to report a change of address shall: (1) Be a misdemeanor;(2) Subject the owner to the penalties provided by § 27-14-301; and(3) Relieve the secretary of any obligation of notifying the owner of expiration of his or her trailer license and registration.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4586, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4585, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1979, No. 671, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-253.13.
